Welcome to JustStream. By accessing or using our platform at juststream-production.up.railway.app (or any domain we operate under), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using the platform.
JustStream is a Zambian streaming platform that provides access to locally produced movies, music videos, and other video content. We connect Zambian content creators (Producers) with viewers across Zambia and beyond.
You must be at least 13 years old to use JustStream. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms on your behalf.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. JustStream cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your account secure.
JustStream offers the following payment models:
All payments are processed through ZynlePay using Mobile Money (MTN, Airtel, or Zamtel). Payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable Zambian law. If a payment fails, access will not be granted until payment is successfully completed.
When using JustStream, you agree not to:
Content on JustStream is uploaded by independent Producers. JustStream does not produce or own the majority of content on the platform. We are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of Producer content. If you encounter content that violates these terms, please report it using the feedback feature.
Producers are solely responsible for ensuring they own or have the rights to any content they upload. JustStream reserves the right to remove any content at any time without notice.
Producers on JustStream earn 70% of revenue their content generates, paid monthly to their registered Mobile Money number. JustStream retains 30% as a platform fee. Payout calculations are based on qualified views (a minimum of 2 minutes watched, counted once per viewer per day) for subscription content, and direct purchase amounts for PPV content.
The JustStream platform, including its design, code, logo, and branding, is the property of JustStream. Content uploaded by Producers remains the property of the respective Producers. You may not use JustStream's name, logo, or branding without our written permission.
JustStream is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the fullest extent permitted by Zambian law, JustStream shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of JustStream after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Zambia. Any disputes shall be resolved under Zambian jurisdiction.
